(D) Employment Law

Our experience indicates that the development of sound legal conditions of contracts concluded with employees or agents is an area of high priority to our clients. Therefore, our Law Firms handles employment law matters, which require detailed legal regulations in every company's life, with extraordinary care. The appropriate in-house regulations are not only the basis of transparency, but also the basis of reliable decision-making in all cases.

The area of employment law changes dynamically, which shall result in large numbers of amendment to the law prior to Hungary's accession to EU. We shall continuously inform our clients on the prospective amendments, and shall prepare the necessary amendments in labour documents. We provide help in the preparation of reorganizations and the elaboration of legal conditions. We represent the employer in possible employment litigation, however our primary aim is to prevent legal disputes with the implementation of appropriate regulations.

(E) Litigation

Upon our client’s request we represent our clients in legal actions related to breach of contracts, damages, competition law, employment law, IP law and procedures related to administrative law. Besides the litigious representation, we make our best effort to handle the legal disputes by settlements, or by mediation, if it is possible.
