FEES

Our fees are structured on an hourly basis. We calculate the due fees on a quarter-of-an-hour basis at the end of each month, and we provide - attached to the invoice - a detailed timesheet on the tasks performed, name of the lawyer, name of the requester/department and the time spent. In case of project-type tasks (e.g. M&A, mess redundancy, etc), we are ready to provide a description on the phases of legal work to be performed in connection thereof, and a forecast on the time to be spent and the costs to be incurred in connection with each phase. Our project-type-fee is different from the fee as set out above, however we always negotiate on the structure of project type fees previously we commence to work on such matters, or, for the convenience of our clients' calculation, we may offer a cap of the fees in each project.
